Tutor.com for U.S. Military Families is funded by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) MWR Library Program, the DoD Navy General Library Program, the DoD Voluntary Education Program and Coast Guard Mutual Assistance (CGMA). Those who fund the program determine eligibility for its use. Eligibility can change, and program availability is dependent upon available budget and is not guaranteed.

Who is Eligible to Use Tutor.com/military at No Cost?

  • Active duty service members in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard (including full-time and/or deployed National Guard and Reserve)
  • Children (grades K-12) of an active duty service member (including full-time and/or deployed National Guard and Reserve) in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and DoD deployed Civilians
  • Children (grades K-12) of KIA service members
  • Spouses and children (grades K-college) of active duty Coast Guard service members
  • Coast Guard Reservists (regardless of status), their spouses and their children (grades K-college)

Continued program availability is dependent upon funding.

If you attend a DoDEA school as an American student and do not meet the DoD eligibility requirements for the Tutor.com for U.S. Military Families program, Tutor.com can provide you with some courtesy access to our service.
