Q: How do I sign up?

Just go to the Marine Corps sign-up page to create your account. You'll provide your name, email address, and location, and then create a password.

Q: Should I create a new username and password every time I want to get a tutor?

No. Once you create your username and password, you can use the same information to log into our Learning Suite anytime.

Q: Should I create separate usernames and passwords for each of my dependents?

No. Your whole family can use the same account.

Q: What if I forget my password?

Just click the “Forgot your password?” link on our login page and enter your email address. We’ll send you an email with a link you can click to reset your password.

Q: "The email address you entered is not valid"? But I know I'm entering the right username and password!

You may be trying to sign into Tutor.com as an individual account holder. Please click here to sign into your Tutor.com Military Account instead.

Q: Can I view transcripts of my previous sessions?

Yes. After logging into the Learning Suite with your username and password, just click the "Previous Sessions" link at the top of the page.

Q: Can I work with the same tutor again?

Yes. You can connect with your favorite tutors whenever they're available.

To add a tutor to your favorites list, just click the "Favorite Tutors" link at the top of the Learning Suite.

Q: Can I change my username and password?

You can update your account information anytime by clicking the "Account Settings" link at the top of the Learning Suite.
